Page three of a five-page assignment for Manga Comics class.

See, the idea is that all the London chimney sweeps have carefully maintained territories that they do the majority of their business in. This keeps them from constantly having to waste a lot of effort fighting each other. Chimbley doesn't have the biggest territory in crazy-bizarro-steampunk-London, but he tries to keep on good terms with other sweeps when he can.

How old is chimbley, exactly? He has more street smarts than a librarian's got books, which is impressive for how old he looks.
