Though today they're regarded as more of a social group on par with the Lyons Club and the Knights of Columbus, Freemasonry is the oldest and largest fraternal organization in history, and (supposedly) held significant power in European politics in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Among many other things, they've been speculated to be the masterminds behind the French and American Revolutions, the Jack the Ripper series of murders, and more recently the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Being a conspiracy theory enthusiast myself, I couldn't help but use them (though I will be making up some bits about them-- this is, after all, a secret society we're talking about here). We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
